Hello! I would like to ask kung meron bang akong kailangan iavoid the meds or vitamins kung nag ttake ako ng TELDY?

My current hub is FPOP kasi it's the nearest sakin, but I would like to know if there are other hubs here in Davao pa.

I have been taking TELDY for almost a month and there's a lot of changes in my body. I noticed my skin started to glow again (I used to be super maputla before I started taking TELDY), felt more energized, and gained more weight.

The bad thing is that I. CANT. STOP. EATING. Palagi akong gutom!😭 I'm scared na magiging obese na ulit ako (5'9 98kg before I got HIV) So, I'm planning to hit the gym again soon, but for now, home exercise muna ako.

So I've been taking TELDY for almost a month na and there are a few instances na I forgot to take it. I take my TELDY at 12 tlga, and there's one time na nakalimutan ko mag take, and 7:30PM na ako naka inom.

So I've been eating a lot these past weeks and drinking my vitamins for months na din. I thought na I gained kahit onting weight lang so I checked my weight kahapon sa school clinic namin, and to my surprise imbes na mag ng weight, I've lost 3kg (from 80kg naging 77kg), I was so shocked and worried kasi bakit nag lose ako ng weight even though nagiging matakaw naman ako ulit lately huhu.

So my sister told my titas about my status 3 days ago, even though I made her promise not to tell anyone. I told her na sasabihan ko na ang family namin about my status after kong naka graduate and independent nako, because I wanna show them that being HIV positive won't hinder my studies. But she disrespected my decision and told my titas anyway kasi "she's worried about me" nadaw. I've never felt so angry and betrayed in my entire life, I trusted her to keep it a secret until I'm finally ready to tell our family. Now, na sira na plano ko. All because she can't keep her mouth shut.

So, kakatapos ko lang magpa CMV kanina and the doctor said na pwede nadaw ako mag start mag take ng ART this Monday. Ano po side effects ng ART and may mga tips po ba kayo?

So pumunta ako kahapon sa Gensan para magpa confirmatory test and unfortunately, na confirm nga na positive ako. Need ko pa ng isa pang test for my eyes and after that, pwede na raw ako mag start ng medication. Huhu still can't believe na positive ako. I'm trying my best not to break down and be brave :')

Hi! I'm 18M and mag ffirst year nursing na. But, I recently got tested reactive and I'm worried kung makaka effect eto sa program na kinuha ko. I really want to be a nurse po and I don't want my dream to be crushed dahil sa HIV. :'(
