Sexual slavery, marital rape, survival

To survive we need shelter, food, water. Until 1974 women in the USA could not get credit cards, or bank accounts, or a mortgage. Meaning they could not own property and thus could not access shelter. They needed marriage in order to access shelter. Coercion is not consent, and this by definition IS coercion. If you cannot live without relying on a man you cannot consent. And until 1993 women in the USA could legally be raped by their husband. Until the 1960s women could not access birth control meaning they could be legally raped and forcibly impregnated against their will.

I believe it is time people start saying the quiet part out loud which is that the vast majority of women until 1974 were sexually enslaved. Women were sexual slaves until 1974. It is not just oppression, it is sexual slavery. Label it with the seriousness that it requires.

how do you use phone gps and ipod mini at the same time?

Hi, I want to quit spotify because I'm tired of subscriptions. I was considering getting an ipod mini but I am not sure how I would use GPS on my phone and also play music using the ipod at the same time as I typically connect my phone to my car with an aux cord. How do you guys do it? Thanks so much

Disabled and cant open cans of sardines :(

Hey guys. I've been eating more canned fish as of late and I actually really like eating sardines but... the sheer force from opening cans of sardines are really hard on my hands because I am disabled. No can opener that requires physical exertion is a tool I am capable of using. I pretty much always need someone to open them for me which isn't a request I enjoy making.

I use automatic can openers for things like canned salmon with no issue but the shape of sardine cans makes my electric automatic can opener stop working properly and make a mess.

Does anyone know of any electric automatic can openers built for sardines, mackerel, etc cans in mind?

EDIT: just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone who commented. you are very kind and I appreciate you so much <3<3<3 i will try to pass along the kindness. I can't reply to everyone but I will most likely be trying fish that come in glass jars like polar sardines or the pickled herring at costco with electric jar openers. You have all given me some great ideas and I hope this thread can help people in the future who are in a similar predicament. this has improved my quality of life. I love you all. thank you
