Hey all! Been browsing the forum for a while, and finally feel brave enough to post some progress photos! I had my second adjustment yesterday, and braces were first fitted at the end of January 2026. I am so shocked by the progress already, I’ve already had some tears!

I used to have severe dental phobia as I have hEDS and anaesthetic doesn’t work well on me. I neglected my dental health for years, but in the last 8 years I have found an incredible dentist who has absolutely conquered that fear. I have always hated my teeth, but at the ripe age of 33, I have finally had braces fitted! Expected treatment time is 24 months, but I’m so impressed with the movement so far. The pain is worth it!
