How would yall have felt if Disney adapted the book into an animated film with a similar animation style to The hunchback of Notre Dame? Just had this thought, i feel like it could have been done perfectly and in another dimension would have been an instant classic.

Droperidol at the ER second worst experience if my life: A horror story

Got to the ER presenting unknown body discomfort due to OCD, NB4 anyone says "thats not an emergency" ive been dealing with it for 2 years and it finally reached a head last night and I wasn't sure if something was severely wrong or if i was even safe to be alone.

Flashforwards about 2 hours, doc comes in, finally someone mentions droperidol and I perk up as its something ive never tried and am willing to try anything. They dose me. 10 minutes. Im fine. 20 minutes, I cant do anything but picture a gun because I am in the worst agony of my life. Whole body is suddenly in horrifyingly indescribable restless. That word doesn't do it justice. Like my whole body is asleep. like when your leg goes dead and all you want to do is wake it up so youre shaking it, but I cant shake my whole body. As a matter of fact I cant move. Im in complete suffering agony alone pressing the call button for half an hour or more, no one comes, finally an hour in someone comes and im close to ripping off my own skin feeling like ive been being tortured for information. Like it's ptsd worthy torture. They give me benadryl. This does not work, what it does do is make it so I cant open my eyes. So im laying there eyes closed in torture another hour. I cant take it anymore, so I get up and inform the nurse that I need to leave, I get my fiancee who has been sleeping in the waiting room, she comes back to try and calm me down, it doesn't work. I start repeating, "i refuse care." They keep repeating "we'll give you something else" I say, "i want nothing else then to be home with my cats. I have to ride this out somewhere else, I came for body discomfort and I am leaving 1000 times worse" they say "we'll give you something else" I repeat about 10 more times that I refuse care and need the IV out of my body, FINALLY someone complies. They take it out. I leave immediately. My wife in tow, we get in the car and I cant get to the cigarettes soon enough. I smoke and smoke but can't feel the smoke. Its so bad by the halfway mark of the hospital and my home 45 minutes away, I bust a joint out of the glovebox and takes the lord's will into my own hands. It does nothing. 30 minutes later im in a cold shower. An hour later im in bed. 4 hours later, I finally, finally drift off to sleep. I must have pictured blowing my head off 10,000 times in that bed, ive never been tortured that consistenty for that long to that extent. Even a man with a hot poker has arms and those arms get tired. Akisthisia, if thats what you are, may we never meet again, may my worst enemy stay far away from you too or god help us both.

Any similar experiences here? What to take to cause the residuals to leave me?
