SAAS has quietly been becoming one of the more interesting luxury-focused developers in Abu Dhabi over the past couple of years, with a heavy Focus on Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island
What’s next for SAAS?
Ritz Carlton Residences -
Their next major launch is expected to be the Ritz Carlton Residences on Al Maryah Island.
Location is going to be sitting on the canal, opposite Canal residence and close to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Pricing is expected to be relatively similar to St. Regis Residences. It seems there is a continued demand for branded residences across the city and most recently in Al Maryah Island.
Yas Bay -
Apart from Al Maryah, SAAS also has a plot in Yas Bay, which is expected to include 2 Towers, Residential and Commercial, with both connected together as part of the overall concept.
Very little has officially been released so far, They have boarded up on Yas Bay for where it will be. This could become a very interesting mixed-use project once details start coming out.
