Sorry if that has been brought up already but this bitch actually commented that she took her own picture for her passport, which YOU KNOW is filtered beyond belief. The fact that she used an edited/filtered picture against an actual government photo for her “glow up” is insane.
This is extremely petty but I just thought it would be funny to see the progression from helmet head to wig hat over the past few years (and whatever you want to call that last pic). 🫣🤣

I’ve been on HRT since last May and overall my symptoms have been controlled. Just recently I’m noticing some symptoms creeping in again right before I start my period (night sweats, migraines, extreme fatigue, moodiness) but the rest of the month I’m totally okay. Honestly if it wasn’t for the migraines I’d probably just chalk it up to PMS but I have three kids and two jobs and need to function. Has anyone asked their provider about increasing their dosage for that week leading up to their period? Idk if that is even a thing. Like could I be prescribed my usual .075 patch and a .1 to use once a month?
