Outdoor compost (no bin)

I’m wondering if I can use my current compost pile (5’ x 5’ x 5’) to home worms. The end goal is to produce worm castings for gardening and spare worms for fishing. At the moment the pile is mostly browns (wood chips and leaves) and greens (coffee grinds and weeds). When I turn the pile I don’t notice any worms. I’m wondering what I can add or how I can construct the pile to make it more hospitable to worms. Thanks!

Blue gray over white exterior paint (aluminum)

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but our aluminum siding is currently white and weathered. I want to repaint it blue gray, however I saw warnings online for potential warping when painting dark over white. Is this applicable to my situation and are there any methods to avoid warping and buckling from thermal heat?

Also any tips when painting aluminum siding would be much appreciated. I’m generally new in my research and won’t be attempting this until I’ve learned all I can on it.
