Trimming adenium obesium

Trimming adenium obesium

Have a desert rose that is ~a few years old now. I had previously just been trying to nurse it back to health, but now it has some good healthy growth and has shot up a good several inches in the last few months or so, so considering a trim (and propagation?).

Wondering where I should trim at. My thought is near my fingers here, or slightly above, as I still want it a little taller than fat.

Would appreciate any recommendations or wisdom. I’ve been watching some videos on their care, but still not confident enough to take the clippers to it with such great foliage up top now.

[Searching] TH14 / Lvl 142 / ign “Gannen” / prefer farming but active

TH14, not really great at the game tbh but will be active. I’ve started playing more regularly again and my current clan is small and only a few active members.

I am active, but also have a busy life, so may occasionally miss time-sensitive things like war battles, etc. (I put myself as “NO” for war but still battle when needed. Last war played 6/7 battles, prior to that 5/7).

Resident starting a job search-- literally no idea what I'm doing

I'm finishing my second year at a Midwest program now (finishing June 2027).

Some of my classmates already knew where they wanted to go/had connections with groups and signed on over the course of the last year or so.

I, unfortunately, have to wait for the IM/Peds Fellowship match, as my wife is applying this fall, but not into a competitive specialty. We are looking mainly Midwest (Missouri, Kansas) or south (Texas, near San Antonio/Austin).

I feel like I am inundated with emails of random job offers, and have done some research into the job market with what I could find online, but still have so many questions.

How do you typically find jobs in a specific area? Is it a bad idea to drive around the rural area I grew up in (which is within driving distance to a program my wife likes) and ask about hiring/jobs? Or do I just start responding to these emails? Find a hiring manager or per-diem person?

I have also had a few personal connections, but only one within an area of interest, and they told me to wait until we know where we will be and then they will talk about specifics/pay/etc.

So... what's the job market like? how much are you guys getting paid? What are some under-valued/less talked about perks of your jobs that I should be looking into as I am applying and setting a contract?
I would love to work a low full-time contracted (like 10-12 shifts/month, to ensure I could drop down any given month if needed) at a moderately busy ED and then pick up extra shifts per-diem at that site or rural sites, as I really do like rural medicine a lot, but don't want to get rusty on the bread and butter so soon out.

I appreciate any insights and recommendations-- thanks!
