Mirtazapine experience and help

Hi! Just for context before I start, im 19f, and i got prescribed 30mg of mirtazipine to take every night for my anxiety and eating disorder. I started it around mid July (probably around the 13th), and it was helping for a while. Now however, my resting anxiety is higher, Im waking up in panic attacks every morning and sick all the time. My IBS has been flaring like crazy. I also have panic disorder, bpd, and agorapbobia along with anxiety. And me and my partner are currently renting a super small room in a place thats super unsafe. So that's also obviously adding.

My question is, should I try and stick it out for a few more weeks, or should I really push to switch medications now. Whenever I miss a dose I will be in a huge panic attack until I can take them, so I also know the withdrawals would be brutal. So im just stuck. Help or advice would be appreciated 👏
