Why would he lie ?
A common “ debunk” of this statement is that cell is lying . But why would he lie, he is clearly stating how much power is gathering and stating what he can destroy. Mind you everyone there can sense ki so they would know if Cell was lying. Also if Cell was lying here does that mean every time someone in dragonball threatens to destroy a planet are they just lying as well.
