Did a big correction on E-series just happen in the app?

Hello,

I've noticed overnight literally 300+ of my already semi-expensive E-series cards have increased in value. Collectr have always set the price pretty low on these cards, compared to the actual going price. Have some sort of correction happened? - The new prices look much closer to what they're actually worth, so just wondering if they "fixed" something?

I'm used to the price of single cards being skewed and going up and down by a large margin, but to see 300+ of my vintage cards from the same series go up in price by quite a lot overnight, seems different.

Thanks!

EDIT: I ended up buying after you guys' feedback and the 43 euro was refunded right away. Success! Thanks for all the help.

Hey! I'm being contacted by a seller of a card I had added to my cart asking me if I was interested in buying and he could send it next day, but I told him I was just checking the shipping cost and 50~ euro was way too much and made it more expensive than the others. That being said, his card was priced the cheapest.

He said he can't change the shipping price as CM calculates the fees automatically but he would be happy to refund 43 euro as shipping would only cost 7 euro.

Seller has 10 sales in total (170) listings and have prefect feedback. I'm a bit hesitant as I could see a scenario where I take him up on the offer, but he ends up not refunding and as all of this was agreed upon, through the message system then Cardmarket won't honor agreements through the message system.

Is this some sort of scam or is this legit enough and/or would Cardmarket side with me in case he decides to scam me?

Thanks!
