2016 Outlander Sport - 12v socket not working

The 12v socket that is in front of the gear selector isn't working. I had a flashlight in there and noticed it wasn't charging, so I tried a few other devices and I can't seem to get any power out of it. Thinking it might be a blown fuse I checked the interior fuse panel. The only fuse that looks like it a would be for this socket was #19. It was a 15 amp fuse, and the diagram had what looked like a 2 prong plug, so I guessed that was socket. The fuse was fine.

Looking at a diagram online, it looks like it could be #7, but on the diagram in the car, this is showing as the brake lights fuse.

Does anyone know exactly which fuse would power the 12v socket? I really didn't want to spend time pulling each 15 amp fuse and testing that way.

Confirmation of Expand It attachment compatibility

I have a 40v Ryobi pole saw that I can't tell if it's on the old Connexion system or compatible with Expand It. I see conflicting information online, ChatGPT says it's compatible after giving the model number and showing these pictures, but also don't completely trust it. I did email Ryobi, but don't expect a response quickly.

The handle's model number is RY40001B

Can anyone tell based on this connection port if it's compatible with the Expand It system? I'm looking at getting the articulating hedge trimmer.
