[Text] I finally stopped procrastinating by making boring, realistic daily schedules instead of idealistic ones
>Used to write out these insane daily routines every night: wake up at 5am, run 10km, read heavy books, grind nonstop for 8 hours… and obviously I’d crash by noon, feel like trash, and go back to scrolling my life away.
>Last month I stopped acting like I’m a robot and started writing ridiculously realistic plans for the next day instead, like actually waking up at 8, knocking out just one hour of work, having breakfast, relaxing a bit, then doing another small chunk. No epic goals, just basic stuff I can actually hit without hating myself, and honestly I feel human again for the first time in forever.
