Visiting CLE with some friends for sightseeing, bars + meals and a baseball game. I present (style wise) somewhat femme for a guy.. clothing, nails ect…

Is it pretty friendly (safe) downtown and around the baseball stadium?

I’m AMAB, 40s, white, bi & gender fluid and feel removed from the community. I’m going to Pride in a couple weeks, but looking for any other ideas that may push me in the right direction to meet people (not for a romantic relationship) or be more active in the community.
