So Classic Skarner q, when empowered, has both a bonus damage on further q's component and a bonus damage on-hit component. Currently, it will at some point during a game cease to function as an on-hit buff, and will remain nonfunctional for the rest of the game. This has happened to me four games in a row now. The timing is inconsistent, but once it happens the on-hit never returns.
