“She was 13” Sign on the side of the freeway.
I was driving through Fairfield (I believe I-80 S?) and I saw a white sign hanging on a fence that said in black letters “she was 13.” Does anyone know what this is referring to? I’ve tried searching around and have had zero luck finding any information on it.
