Is this good for my first time doing lst?

Got a 2x4x5 tent, 240w grow light, carbon filter with the inline fan, 4 autoflowers, 3-gallon fabric pots, Gaia Green's living soil. The middle one is gonna be taken somewhere else. Anything to note about these sprouts, or is all good? I know it's gonna be crowded in here lol. Btwthe strains are Apple Fritter from RQS, Pineapple Express from Fast Buds, G41 from idk where, Purple Punch from BFL, and Zillions from there as well, germinating in the pot out of frame.
