Is anyone tired of the constant predictably of all these big names and their releases ?

As a fan of DnB from its origins, right through to late 2000’s - I have watched/heard the evolutions of all of the sub genres and how they move and connect with people - but I personally believe for the past 4 years we are stuck in a mediocre zone of predictability.

I’m not making names, or artists but I think it’s lost it’s soul - nearly every big release that comes out has the exact same format - weak drums, silly over the top drops and sad/emo esk “evernesance” style vocals.

Where did the funk, soul and fun go!?
