How to patch up the hole? The fabric is elastic
Love my Gossamer fast kumo 36. Sad to see a rip. Just wondering what is the best way to patch this hole at the front where the elastic mesh is at.

Any long term Dental Issues? Because of Sugar/Gels consumption?
The amount of gel (sugar) we consume while training and racing. I am wondering if there are any long-term dental issues? Esp for those who have been trail running for a long time.
