How much experience would.be needed to try to confidently move to a better company?
Question above.
Background information, I do not have a college degree, I am in my 3rd year as a buyer for a big processing facility in my region, and this place is a shit show. How many years of experience would I need on the resume for other companies to not necessarily care about my lack of degree? I do not expect any major jumps to a sector that is way above where I am at, but simply want to know how long would i have to be here before trying to find better opportunities in general?
