I am trying to replicate the reference on the left . I put down the basic shapes and then my brain has just stopped , I have no idea what to work on next

Hello I am begineer player. I bought a F# based flute (68.5cm) , it has usual 6 holes and a 7th hole to go a semitone lower.

I can reach the 6 holes fine after struggling a bit, but I am having a hard time reaching the 7th flute.

I really want a F# base flute to play ye haseen wadiyaan. but the cost of base bamboo flute is way more than i can afford.

will this flute be playable : https://www.radheflutes.com/products/radhe-flutes-pvc-fiber-f-natural-bansuri-base-octave-28-5inches

right now at this price I don't really care about tonality and tuning out of the box (i'll make manual changes as much as possible) , I just wanna know if I'll be able to hit those higher notes comfortably without the flute screeching (its a problem i have with my c natural medium flute from radhe flutes, if i go up an octave then i am able to reach up to pa only or D note).

Context:- I have to experience making a musical instrument but I do play and tamper with them from time to time.

I wanna know if I can build a triple drone flute out of PVC or other easily acquirable material. I can get access to a few power tools like hand grinder, drill, sander etc.

How hard is it, is it feasible to do so??

Few reference options (normal to craziest):-
