Switching to Lagree
For the last five years I have been consistent in CrossFit/HIIT classes. I had great success, and enjoyed it but also noticed that I never loved my body. I get fit, but a bit bulky. I am a former D1 athlete, and this made me motivated and fall back into feeling like myself.
Now at 30 years old, with a full time job, where I travel often, I lost all motivation to wake up and hit those “intense” workouts. So I decided to try lagree, incorporating it 2 times a week, still having some HIIT 3x.
I just decided that I look forward to lagree more than HIIT. It makes it easier to crawl out of bed at 6am. I am hesitant to go all in and do unlimited lagree. I just upped my membership and been trying out 3-4x a week - and what a difference I feel with strength. I am able to hold movements much longer.
Does anyone have similar stories? Have you transformed your body solely with lagree? I do walk 10k steps a day. I do sprinkle in some short dumbbell workouts for arms and legs throughout the week.
The internet is overwhelming and just trying to figure out what my next fitness journey should be. I honestly would love to just do lagree only.
