Handwash recommendations

I’m having a bad flare on my palms I’ve avoided a lot of dietary triggers but it’s still getting worse. I switched my handwash recently to “Redwin Sorbolene” thinking it’d be better since it has no fragrance or soap.
But it’s got Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLS) in it. Now I’m wondering if this could be what’s triggering the dyshidrosis.
Please recommend me a good handwash/bodywash i can use that won’t trigger my eczema.

Painful flare

I’ve been having the worst flare ever. Every day i wake up hoping for it to be better but it’s never better, it keeps getting worse. Idk what I’m doing wrong I’m allergic to a lot of foods I’ve avoided eating my allergens for weeks now but my hands are still so painful.
I have tiny blisters and cuts all over my palms which makes daily functioning so difficult.
