Hello! I've recently stopped breastfeeding my one year old and I'm having a bit of trouble drying up the supply 🙃 I've been weaning her for a good two months and she hasnt breastfed at all for a little over a week. I know I'm jumping the gun a bit cos I've heard some women can go years before the supply dries up completely, but does anyone have any tips to speed the process up? Its not really painful but its definitely uncomfortable being so full all the time. Thanks in advance! 💜
