I was driving to work when i saw a woman in my neighborhood wearing ripped and tattered clothes pushing what appeared to be a two handed plow(?). she seemed unfazed by my car’s headlights and kept pushing her plow(?)

i have no problem with the homeless (which is what I assume she is) the situation just struck me as odd considering what she was doing and the time (4:47 am)
