My mom had a stroke and her previous hobbies are now impossible because she can't read or use her right arm. She's recovered enough to where she's fully lucid and staying awake most of the day and she seems to be getting really bored with TV and YouTube. Does anyone with experience have any ideas for something fun we could give her to do with the limitations she has?

Edit for more specifics: she is right handed and her left hand coordination still isn't very good, so we're not really sure what hobbies we can introduce her to
