I just got off the phone with tech support on the massive data usage with DriveSafe
Like many of you, the DriveSafe app is having issues on my phone. My phone was over heating and used 3 GB of data. Rebooted the phone and it quickly used another 500 MB of data.
Tech support got the software developer on chat, and what is happening is that our phones are trying to send data, it is not being received, so the app keeps trying to send data.
So we are having issues and USAA back end tech support does understand that there are widespread issues going on.
Problems started happening yesterday but tech support stated that early problems started showing up last Friday.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I had to delete the app to stop killing my data and to stop the battery from draining.
