I seen an old man with a cain that was walking SUPER slow inch by inch walking into the break room…..what position could he possibly do??? I can’t even think of one at my warehouse
I’ll be honest picking is the worst position in Amazon and that was the position I got hired for. The last week I’ve been training as a singles packer and man is it heaven. 2 my knowledge I’m going back to picking when I get my 80 hours of training in but I’d prefer to stay in packing. So how do I switch to packing singles instead of picking. Do I talk to my manager or HR. What do you recommend?
