Mental breakdown over taking a CPA exam soon for the first time

I'm so stressed over trying to do everything at once. Between studying for FAR CPA exam via Becker, working at my full-time job, trying to keep a consistent sleep schedule, exercising every weekend to stop being obese which is causing health problems, and hardly having any spare time to relax. I'm afraid of failing the upcoming exam, even though it would be my first time taking one.

I might also be hearing things in my head. I could hear my parents and relatives yelling and berating me for not being good enough, wasting time and money, and whatever I did wrong was my own fault that I alone have to fix. They actually insult me occasionally for fun, but always said that they're just joking around and don't really mean any of that. Yet, I could hear them in my head, calling me a "mistake."
