Hi, I'm just looking for some sanity. I haven't had many positive experiences with Vodafone despite having been with their service for nearly 3 years now. The spotty customer service and dysfunctional phone app aside, I recently made a switch to a new contract on the basis of receiving £400 credit on trade-in. I am yet to receive this. I don't know what to do. Could I cancel if they didn't give me what I'm owed?
