Let’s try this again with out doxxing myself lol. Is this a good deal?

Money factor is .0025 payment will be 800 a month for 36 month lease because we did 10,000 miles instead. It is a 26 hybrid prestige with the entertainment system, fancy floor mats and pretty much everything. Residual Is 34,638. Is It a good deal?
