my parents hate me. my girlfriend cheated on me. i’m skinny. i’m weak mentally. i’m a disappointment. i’m unable to be loved. nobody cares about me. i think i’m done trying to be sober with nothing to do it for.

context: over 400 days sober but it’s getting harder to stay clean every day. I’ve tried methods to distract myself but they’re always temporary and don’t work for an extended period of time (usually only a few days). Looking for different methods i can try so i can keep clean.
