Chest flutters

41F. Fit and healthy. Have reintroduced methylene blue again into my morning water (1% solution). Started at 2 drops (1mg) for first week and have now tried 4 drops (2mg) every other day. While I get an amazing energy boost and it helps immensely with endurance in the gym, I find I have what feels like heart palpitations in the evening and day following. It’s so frustrating as I love what it does for my training but I don’t like this fluttering feeling in my chest. Last time I tried MB I had a similar reaction and have never gone above 6 drops (3mg). Can anyone offer any insights/solutions?

Waking 3-4am

My research subject has been waking regularly at 3-4am most mornings, rather sweaty, with brain switched on and unable to get back to sleep No issue falling asleep, usually around 9.30p.m. Would love to extend their sleep until 5am (as they usually hit the gym at 6am).

Current peptide and supplement stack:

Reta 1mg weekly
NAD 20mg daily (AM)
Mots-c 250mcg daily (AM)
Creatine 5g post workout
Coq10 100mg mid morning
Mag glyc 240mg (P.M before bed)
Taurine 3g (P.M before bed)
Glycine 3g (P.M before bed)

Suspect that cortisol is quite high as they have been experiencing chest flutters during the day (heart health is all ok). They seem to be quite sensitive to higher doses of mots-c, thus why they take a low amount.

enough carbs consumed during the day, last meal usually by 7p.m.

Any suggestions on what can be changed to help with more sleep?

*edited to change mots-c from 250mg to 250mcg
