So I’ve been trying to control my foot neuropathy for quite some time. I’ve done it with tens machines. I’m gonna try it with the PEMF machine soon but right now I’m taking two supplements from Dr. Berg, which is been betaine and alpha acid. I take it four times a day. I have no side effects from it and it truly does help with the nerve pain and tingling.
