For sem 3, what are some of the easiest exploratory course to choose from?

Why some students are getting this internship Online and some offline like on what basis, I tried to change it but they say that ground fieldwork is necessary likee wtf ? Either give everyone offline or online

Mine internship is literally the worst I have got daily 11-6 pm ,5 days for whole 2 months what should i do bruhh
