Hi! My current roommate is moving out of my apartment so seeking a new roommate to renew the lease.

A little about the apartment:

-Duplex layout

-3 BR/2 BA

-In-unit W/D and dishwasher

-Great natural light

-Spacious living space

-5 min walk to either the Myrtle and Flushing Ave stops (J/M/Z)

-Near Bushwick/Williamsburg cafes, bars, grocery stores, and nightlife

Two other tenants, another roommate and I — two guys in our early 30s. Both professionals, easygoing and active. A laid-back environment.

All about a respectful, clean, and a chill space.

Rent is $1,800/month and a security deposit
