I've tried entering from an actual entrance and fast travelling to the Cordon but it crashes every time with this error. I'm just trying to complete the "Meet Xenotech" task which I'm pretty sure is apart of the main quest line. Maybe there is a command to complete the task? Any help is very appreciated

When entering the Aprogrom Underground through the "tunnel" entrance near the entrance to the great swamps for the Cold mission to find millitary documents in there I get this error. Tried closing and restarting, sleeping to reset the day, didn't change anything.

Also if there isn't an easy way to fix this can I spawn in the documents and complete the quest that way?
