What is based freestyling? I have a general vague description of what i believe it is, but i want to hear what yall have to say cause i wanna make a series where i delve into being based as if it were a religion

My personal description would be a meditative practice in which you freestyle and drop bars about being based in the freestyle it could be acapella or on a beat it could be bad or great yk
