I keep getting "smart text predictions" in a made up language. None of those words exist, but Google thinks they're in Latvian.

Two days ago i suddenly got a notification that the time zone had changed. Later i found out that a post i made during the same period was tagged in Austria. That's 1500km away.. What's up with that? Is something wrong with my phone?
