Thoughts on Attack Helicopters camping in their HQ with Lock-On missiles?

First of all, I hate running lock on missiles on vehicles, AH and FJ, I think this is the cheesiest air to air combat that could have ever existed, this heavily dissuades people from learning proper dogfighting and air combat (please don't start with the realism bs) especially since how fast you're able to fire one missile after another, and how fast the flare cycle ends compared to previous titles.
I cant be the only one who thinks this?

I haven't flown in Contaminated or Eastwood the whole season until Wet Work was added, so there were plenty of HQ changes since I last flew consistently in those maps, so I decide to grab the little bird in Contaminated just to see an Attack Helicopter playing guerilla warfare in his HQ protected the entire match, because if you get close enough and attempt to take him down and hit him once, the C-RAM will obliterate you, no matter what route you try to take, side behind the mountains, or down the cliffside, you can not gain advantage over someone who has protection the second you approach him and damage him once. Maybe its not my job as the little bird to go after the AH? but he can confidently cover 85% of the combat space, and as soon as I try to do anything I get locked on and forced off the field. This also seems to be a major issue strictly on the shoebox sized maps because lock ons are just able to reach almost the entire map.
Maybe they should change it so the C-RAM only fires back for a limited time after respawn? it shooting at us if we get too close is fine, but the absurd range when we damage an aircraft that has been sitting in its perimeter for many minutes is absurd.

That being said, the C-RAM does not intercept anything, I don't remember it being this garbage. In contaminated, your small spawn area is walled off and has a couple shipping containers literally besides the C-RAM, if im locked on and i land on one of the Heli spawns, I'm still getting hit? previous to all the changes in S3 i remember the C-RAM would consistently intercept incoming missiles, I get the range shouldn't be extreme or else the camping AH would have even more protection, but come on, when im right besides it?

Aircraft lock on missiles really need to be tuned in this game, or maybe the countermeasures, or more HQ and C-RAM changes. I'd like to know everyone's opinions on this if you constantly fly.

Flying jets and all the issues.

Posting in regular subreddits seems to be useless because people always meme about pilots so maybe I can get better feedback here.

Have in mind I've only flown in Golmud, so some of these issues may be map specific?

WTF has flying jets turned into? as the season progresses its been consistently becoming a nightmare.

-Fighter Jets have to be the most annoying thing in the game when you are a jet pilot, the amount of lock on missiles they are able to spam on top of the short flare period we get, by the time I notice there's one locking onto me (I'm not a douchebag with a 90 second timer) and I start heading back to my HQ, they manage to lock on AGAIN, and spam 2 more missiles, all within 10 seconds. A lot of people would rather spam more lock on missiles than swapping to the main cannons to one tap you when you're 1hp, other people would also rather fly right over the C-RAM to keep spamming more missiles just for one kill. This is way too cheesy, id rather get killed by someone who knows how to dogfight properly rather than dying to kids who can chase you endlessly without running out of missiles and crash 5 seconds later because they're garbage.

-Now something that connects to the issue above, people could argue "Just go back to your HQ for protection" but the dog water C-RAM in Golmud (idk if its the same for other maps, I'd like to know please) doesn't intercept a single missile, I've had people in fighter jets stay barely outside of the range of the C-RAM and spam lock on missiles as I try to fly as low as possible without crashing because you literally have to be touching the ground to be below radar. Does DICE know the C-RAM just doesn't work? cause its probably the biggest issue that needs to be brought to attention.

-New Mobile AA exploit where kids endlessly rapid fire tow missiles, as if we didn't have many issues already this just surged out of nowhere to be the cherry on top. I'm sure helicopter pilots are fuming about this one too.

-Flare inconsistency needs no elaboration.

Am I genuinely delusional or are these actually real issues other people can relate to? cause holy fu... 🙂

p.s. I'm by no means a top 10 pilot in the world, but I'm also not a novice and I consider myself above average, when I talk about these issues elsewhere people who have no clue about flying give really smartass advice thinking I'm new or something.
