I am not receiving any verification codes to sign into my PS5 account
Essentially what happened is that the email initially hooked up to my ps5 was a sibling’s school email that became invalid, resulting in me not being able to sign in on the ps app. So I switched it to my personal one and switched a bunch of recovery information to that of my mom’s, as I’m not in contact with my father who previously was the recovery email and phone number. However, neither me or my mom were getting 2SV codes. So after talking to the PlayStation chat agent and giving all the information they asked, they disabled 2SV. But EVEN THEN, I still need a verification code to sign in fully, and as luck would have it neither of us have gotten anything. Checked spam, junk, everything. If anyone has any idea on what to do please let me know.
