In-game bugs?

Has anyone else experienced a lot frame loss during in game cut scenes in pvp on console? Every game and about every other cut scene in that match ill lose frames and even when I have to take a corner or kick with my gk. Its pretty frustrating

Help with defending

I swear these dudes either got smart assist or im just trash (probably that one anyway) but everytime they go on an attack they always turn and shoot and the ball goes in. Like my defense goes even farther and they refuse to press when its necessary and make space for the opponent. But WHEN I try to do that the whole team is on my stopping every pass and shot and even if I get an opportunity like that their keeper turns into prime neuer I swear this game drives me nuts sometimes. Any tips for attacking and defending? Currently trying to reach division 3 but keep relegating to division 5
