I mailed sapeinza regarding the pre enrollment application and i got this reply but there is no update in my univeritaly application what should i do?

Cimea payment issue not being solved

Has anyone else been having issues with the CIMEA payment portal?
It’s been over a week now, and I still can’t complete my application because the payment page isn’t working.
Every time I try, it first says “Please try again after a few minutes.” If I retry, it shows another error (screenshot attached). I’ve tried:
Different browsers
Incognito mode
Different devices/networks
Trying around 2**:50 PM Italy time** (as some people suggested)
Nothing has worked so far.
I’m getting really worried because I need the CIMEA documentation, and I know the verification process itself can take around a month. Has anyone faced the same issue recently? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Universitaly pre-enrollment submitted on 3 June – has anyone received approval yet?

Hi everyone,

I'm an international student who received admission to Sapienza University. I submitted my Universitaly pre-enrollment application on 3 June, but my application is still showing as submitted, and I haven't received any updates or approval yet.

I'm starting to get a bit worried because I need to proceed with the next steps for my visa application.

Has anyone else who applied around the beginning of June received their Universitaly approval or "proceed" status yet?

If you've already been approved, could you please share:

  • When did you submit your Universitaly application?
  • Which university are you attending?
  • How long did it take for your application to be processed?

Also, if anyone knows whether I should contact Sapienza or wait longer, I'd really appreciate your advice.

CIMEA payment gateway keeps timing out – has anyone found a solution?

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for CIMEA for my Master's admission (Sapienza), and I've been stuck for the past few days because I can't complete the payment.

Every time I reach the payment gateway, it either gets stuck loading indefinitely or shows a message saying that the time limit has been exceeded and asks me to try again later. As a result, I'm unable to complete the payment at all.

I've already tried:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • Incognito mode
  • Different internet connections
  • Different cards
  • Refreshing and trying again at different times

Nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? If yes:

  • Were you eventually able to complete the payment?
  • Is there a specific time that works best?
  • Is this a CIMEA server issue or something on my end?
  • Did contacting CIMEA support help?

I'm starting to get worried because the application deadlines are approaching. Any advice or recent experiences would be greatly appreciated.
