Has anyone else been having issues with the CIMEA payment portal?
It’s been over a week now, and I still can’t complete my application because the payment page isn’t working.
Every time I try, it first says “Please try again after a few minutes.” If I retry, it shows another error (screenshot attached). I’ve tried:
Different browsers
Incognito mode
Different devices/networks
Trying around 2**:50 PM Italy time** (as some people suggested)
Nothing has worked so far.
I’m getting really worried because I need the CIMEA documentation, and I know the verification process itself can take around a month. Has anyone faced the same issue recently? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm an international student who received admission to Sapienza University. I submitted my Universitaly pre-enrollment application on 3 June, but my application is still showing as submitted, and I haven't received any updates or approval yet.
I'm starting to get a bit worried because I need to proceed with the next steps for my visa application.
Has anyone else who applied around the beginning of June received their Universitaly approval or "proceed" status yet?

Hi everyone,
I'm applying for CIMEA for my Master's admission (Sapienza), and I've been stuck for the past few days because I can't complete the payment.
Every time I reach the payment gateway, it either gets stuck loading indefinitely or shows a message saying that the time limit has been exceeded and asks me to try again later. As a result, I'm unable to complete the payment at all.
I've already tried:

Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? If yes:
