Is anyone else having this problem when trying to withdraw funds? I’m a merchant, and I’ve been dealing with this error for a week now. I’ve opened multiple support tickets, but I always get the same response telling me to create a "guest ticket" (something I’ve already done), which is surprising since I’m a premium member. LL’s support is getting worse by the day; they’re abandoning their users.

And I also saw that there isn't a withdrawal limit in Second Life, because I do have limits on withdrawing.

16 years in Second Life and my account got suspended without explanation

I've been a Second Life player for 16 years, Premium member for 11 years, and a store owner for around 10 years. At this point, SL is basically my second source of income.

These days I barely socialize in-world anymore. I mostly log in to manage my store, participate in events, update vendors, and help customers when they have delivery or purchase issues.

This week, my account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. Thankfully support restored it pretty quickly, which makes me think it may have been a mistake or false flag, but the problem is: nobody will tell me WHY it happened.

I opened a ticket asking for clarification, got my account back, and then opened another ticket politely asking what caused the suspension so I can avoid it happening again. It's been days without a response, even as a Premium user.

Honestly, this really shook my trust in the platform. After 16 years, having your account suddenly suspended with no clear reason is stressful, especially when your business and income are tied to it.

Has anyone here experienced something similar recently? Random suspensions, false flags, marketplace/store related issues, or support refusing to explain what triggered the action?

I'm trying to understand if this is becoming more common lately or if I was just extremely unlucky.
