Does this top look flattering on me? What types of tops and pants would you recommend for my body type and where are you getting them?

For reference I'm 4'11" and have a longer torso. Looking for comfortable, easy/low-maintenance, yet flattering outfits I can wear to class as I'm starting college in LA in the fall!

Best building for plaza shared bath?

hi!! incoming freshman here. i’m wondering how the plaza shared bath buildings (hedrick summit, rieber terrace, rieber vista, and sunset village) compare in terms of cleanliness, newness, and room size. also, do any of them have particular issues with bugs or smell (i’ve heard sunset village bathrooms smell like weed)? i’m not too concerned about it being social, as i’d prefer a quieter environment for studying and sleeping in. any advice is much appreciated!!
