Hi all, I have been recovering from mechanical onchyolysis due to builder gel use for the last 6 months and my nails finally look normal again (pic attached is the before/at its worst). I started with just one nail lifting and then eventually every single one lifted almost all the way to the nail bed.
I am wondering if anyone has experienced this same issue and went back to using nail polish products. I am SO scared to put anything on them again and have this happen again. My wedding is coming up and I want to have nice nails on but I am so nervous to damage them again. TIA
