Exercise ideas

Hi everyone I'm looking for some ideas for exercise that is safe to do in pregnancy and won't bother my back and hips. I had some bleeding in my first and second trimester so I was told to not do a lot of lifting or running but I'm doing better now physically as I enter the 3rd trimester. Before I got pregnant I was struggling with PCOS but managed to get my BMI down to around 27% and I put on a fair bit of muscle especially on my legs. I'm starting to gain and I'm worried about gestational diabetes since I've already got pre-existing insulin resistance. I've gained about 15lbs already so I'm now in a BMI of 30% at 29 weeks now. Fortunately my blood pressure and labs all seem good but every time I visit they are really focused on my weight. If I ask this in other groups I typically get more shame without understanding how hard it has been to lose weight with PCOS and even get pregnant.

Karyotyping question

I recently received karyotyping results testing for T21. They only tested 5 colonies. Is this enough to give a definitive answer? I have a call scheduled with a geneticist but I'm wondering if anyone has more information. I'm wondering if they are doing an array so they saved some cells for that because the testing protocol I saw generally asks for a rapid test then confirmed by cell culture of 20 colonies between the technical replicates.

I'm looking for some information since it seems like I'm being left in limbo here. My genetic results came back high risk for t21 and I decided to get an amnio test which I'm waiting for right now. However, according to my scan my baby does not have any health concerns other than being a bit small (17th percentile). No soft markers or heart issues either. Very active as well during the scan. Does this mean that the baby will have less chance of health concerns? I am keeping my baby but I want to be prepared. We will have a follow up scan in a few weeks.
