Legs Burning after Infusion?

I saw one post about this a while back but I just had a 400mg infusion and on my way out my legs started having this feeling like little specks of hot oil were hitting my legs and then my skin started burning and I sat in the car for a second and went back in 😭 they gave me Pepcid and steroids but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen and if you needed any follow up care after, the other two doses went so smoothhhh but today I spent 5 hours in the hospital lol 😭

Guys my life is changed

I finally got on one of the injections and I literally haven’t had a migraine since I can’t believe it , I literally had a trip with a really long flight that got cancelled and then I didn’t sleep for 36 hours and I didn’t get a migraine ??? I would usually get one even thinking about that happening and I was so fine .

Hopefully it keeps working but this is incredible

Does a cine mri always look like a low budget horror film or

I know I’m not a professional but this looks insane

5mm or 7mm?

I saw a neuro and they lowk said I didn’t have it because diagnostic is 7mm and mine is 8mm which is more than 7mm but also wasn’t the threshold 5mm? It’s so interesting how everyone has a different take!

They did order me a cine mri though so that’s nice.

Hi friends!

I finally got everything together for my referral to the chiari institute here in Denver (renamed now but same vibe)

My first meeting with a neurosurgeon was less than ideal he didn’t know anything about chiari and I was confused lol

What would be helpful for me to do leading up to appointment / bring with, I’m keeping a planner with like symptoms and headache days marked (for personal use bc I can’t remember anything)

I’m also starting physical therapy again leading up to going because I’ve heard they just send people to PT to start (even tho the last 6 months nothing changed)

My appointment is in October so I have plenty of time to get it together lol 😭 I just want to feel more prepared
