Upgrade advice - EF to RF

Hi,

I currently use a 90D with a collection of lenses built up over the years, and I'm considering replacing it with an R7 or an R6 ii. I know the R7 is the same format as the 90D, whereas the 6ii is full frame, so my lenses would behave differently.

My options are 1) just realized buy the R7 and an EF adapter, or 2) buy 1 or 2 lenses as well as the R7 and the adapter, but I'd need be very careful about prices as I don't have unlimited funds.

I generally shoot wildlife and landscapes, but also like macro. Is it worth getting the lenses earlier rather than later, as I've heard the EF lenses work better on a mirrorless camera with the adapter than they do on the 90D?
