Okay, now that I’m waist deep in the MAOL program my head is spinning at the fact that people have really finished this degree in 5-6 weeks. I think it’s going to take me at least 8-12 weeks. It’s SO MUCH WRITING. And yes I work in leadership and for a national organization as a National Director and I manage multiple states across the country. The information so far hasn’t been new, but GEEZ LOUISE…I’m on week 5 and finishing up my fourth class. All 4s so far, but even this pace feels intense.

If you’re in MAOL, how many classes have you completed as of 10/4/26?

Ok, after starting my first day of school, I think I’m going to enjoy the work. I have over 20 years of experience in leadership, and real issues I need to solve for.

However, what I am not enjoying is the fact that I am logged into the school’s library, but still can’t read or access some of the resources or download them for free. In the past I have been able to access sources logged in through my institution. This includes google Scholar.

Is this an UMPI thing or something I’m doing wrong?

Hi, wondering if you can transfer in credits from something like Sophia etc into the master's program? Fall 1 doesn't start until 8/31 and I can't get over the feeling that I'm wasting time while waiting. Let me know.
